Volunteer associations, patient associations, public or private enterprises, the media... numerous organisations from civil society work all year round in favour of blood donation. As EFS partners, they play an essential role in raising awareness, distributing information, and promoting blood donation among the general public. They participate in organising blood collections throughout the country. Their initiatives and commitment facilitate the recruitment and retention of donors. They also contribute to spreading the values that underlie blood donation: solidarity, generosity, and no charges. Thanks to these active partnerships, of which the number increases each year, EFS continues to meet the growing needs of patients for blood products in optimum quality and safety conditions.
